Shipping Policy
Turnaround
We will make every effort to ship your order in a timely manner. You will receive your order, depending on your location, within 7 business days. Orders made after Thursday mornings will not be shipped until the following week. For large orders, please allow more time for us to process your order, guaranteeing the freshest product possible. You may also specify a delivery date that works best for you
Carriers
We use the following carrier to deliver our orders:
- Fed Ex
- UPS
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Return Policy
We are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to replace or exchange the product or refund you. Note: Returns will not be accepted after 30 days due to the perishable nature of our products. Please contact us at to get a return authorization number. All returns must be authorized. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made within twenty-four (24) hours of the time you place your order, and/or prior to Order Processing, whichever is shorter. Orders cancelled after twenty-four (24) hours and prior to Order Processing will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special orders (such as non-catalog items) cancelled after twenty-four (24) hours and prior to Order Processing will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
